shipping and returns

Majority of MIRYO pieces are made to order. In stock pieces will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Made to order pieces will be shipped within 3-5 weeks from date of order. Due to the nature of the craft, delayed time may occur depending on the progress of your piece to ensure you receive the highest quality. Should this happen, you will receive an update email from MIRYO.
If your order contains multiple pieces, your order will be shipped out when all pieces are finished. This means in stock items will not be shipped within the usual 1-3 business days but when all pieces are ready.
Please double check your address is correct as MIRYO is not responsible for incorrect addresses once your order has left our studio. If you need to change your shipping address, email miryo.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will correct the change if your order has not yet been shipped off.

As each piece is handmade, no two pieces will be identical. We try our best to post photos that replicate the final piece to the best of our ability.
Returns are not accepted as all orders are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order has left our studio, MIRYO is no longer responsible for damaged pieces or delayed transit times.
Should your package be delayed, damaged or lost, you will need to submit a claim the shipping carrier.
